JASMINE NORMAN APN, MSN, PMP
Jasmine Norman, founder and CEO of Nurses Here For You is an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) whose clinical practice as a registered nurse includes 21+ years of critical care experience. Jasmine is also a Certified Medical Examiner with the National Registry, who performs physical examinations for the Department of Transportation (DOT)
Her extensive clinical background includes specializing in areas such as Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Cardio-Thoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU), Nursing homes and Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH). Jasmine also earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
Her passion includes educating her patients and families to better understand their healthcare options. Nurses Here for You was inspired by the various hospital visits she devoted towards helping many family members and friends throughout her career. In addition to volunteering time to provide for her disabled uncle’s group home. It was apparent that there was a continued need to provide more adequate time dedicated and centrally focused on teaching to patients and families.
