As Registered Nurses (RNs), we have helped hundreds of friends and family navigate the medical field, when they themselves or a loved one was experiencing health challenges. We provide explanations of medical terms, educational guidance with decision making, clinical liaison support during family meetings, education with understanding medical equipment (in hospital settings), interpretation of medical records and most importantly, emotional comfort and support.
